1. The sale is subject to a restriction in favour of the Council whereby the buyer is to renovate the property to a habitable condition for occupation as a dwelling house within a period of 12 months. In the event of default, the Council will have the option to buy back the property. The buyer will not be able to sell the property whilst the restriction is in place and up until the restriction has been removed with the Councils consent.
